The mission of the National Organization on Disability (NOD) is to expand the participation and contribution of America’s 54 million men, women and children with disabilities in all aspects of life. NOD accomplishes this by piloting innovative programs, leveraging an extensive network of corporate partners for increased workforce participation, and advocating for improved public policy. Now in its 27th year, NOD provides national leadership for sustained efforts aimed at addressing persistently high rates of unemployment among people with disabilities.
