Job Description
General Purpose of Job: The
position is responsible for serving the needs of the customer and the
Company in the most efficient and effective way possible by processing
all information regarding repair work, the loaner database and returns
into the JBA/Aurora system and keep accurate files of the Team's
paperwork and collaborating with other departments.

Supervision General Supervision - Routine duties are performed with minimal supervision; standard practices or procedures allow employee to proceed alone at routine work; occasional check of work while in progress; work is sometimes reviewed upon completion.
Tools and Equipment
PC, Fax Machine, Stapler, Copier Machine, E-mail, Calculator, Printer, Telephone, Filing Cabinets
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED is required. Also required to have successfully completed training as the Customer Support Assistant or one to two years related experience required and experience relating to the medical industry preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Operations
Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
Planning/Organization
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Very Organized.
