Job Description

General Purpose of Job: The position is responsible for serving the needs of the customer and the Company in the most efficient and effective way possible by processing all information regarding repair work, the loaner database and returns into the JBA/Aurora system and keep accurate files of the Team's paperwork and collaborating with other departments.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • A good attendance record is essential to the smooth operation of the Customer Service Department.

  • This position will also require some basic filing.

  • Accurately process orders and other data entry tasks. 

  • Answer in-coming ACD calls to Domestic Customer Support Repair Specialist group.

  • Issue Return Authorization numbers and accurately document all required information from the customer for product<x{(}>(s) being returned.

  • Accurately and professionally handle customer inquiries and requests regarding any items returning to either location, loaner program, repair services, and replacement accessories offered by The ROHO Group.

  • Accurately obtain and document all required information from the customer for product<x{(}>(s)/services<x{(}>(s) being requested.

  • Accurately document all complaints in the Complaint Database.

  • Accurately update loaner database with pertinent information on a daily basis.

  • Generate request for loaner return when applicable.

  • Process loaner returns on a daily basis.

  • Remain current on changes in The ROHO Group policies, procedures, and product offerings and assure compliance with regulations.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive voice mail messages, faxes, messages from other departments, and return all correspondence.

Supervision General Supervision - Routine duties are performed with minimal supervision; standard practices or procedures allow employee to proceed alone at routine work; occasional check of work while in progress; work is sometimes reviewed upon completion.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED is required.  Also required to have successfully completed training as the Customer Support Assistant or one to two years related experience required and experience relating to the medical industry preferred.

 

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.


Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Computer Operations

Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.


Planning/Organization

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Very Organized.


Other Skills

Very organized.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

Able to take direction.

Dependable.
